PEANUT BUTTER TEMPTATIONS

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
36 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Preheat ovet to 375°.
In medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Stir in peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla.

Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into peanut butter mixture until dough comes together. Shape into 1-inch balls and press into cups of ungreased muffin pan.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Immediatedly press chocolates into cookies until only top shows. Allow cookies to cool completely before removing from pan.

Bake 9 minutes. Hershey's kisses make a nice alternative to Reese’s peanut butter cups.
