2-1/2 cups flour |
Mix together flour and sugar. Cut in margarine as for pie dough. Press into bottom of 10x15" pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture over baked crust, then bake 25 minutes more. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. | From Terry Inman
Notes: Use a 9x13 pan. Extra lemon bar crust: 8x8 square glass pan. Top with 1/2 pecan pie squares recipe or instant pudding mixed with whipped cream. |
